All clients may request a refund within 14 business days from the receipt of a client referral. Refunds will be considered and approved by our internal compliance team under the following conditions:

1. Bad Phone Numbers: The provided phone number is invalid or disconnected.
2. Not Interested: The referred client is not interested in speaking to a representative.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

   • Your name
   • Your company name
   • Date of the client referral
   • Specific reason for the refund request (bad phone number or not interested)
   • Any supporting documentation or evidence (if applicable)

1. Compliance Team Review: Our internal compliance team will review your refund request and determine its eligibility based on the conditions outlined above.
2. Refund Approval and Processing: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
